By booking a taxi with A&T Taxis, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
1. Booking and confirmation: a. Customers can make bookings by calling our helpline. b. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. c. A confirmation message will be sent to the customer once the booking is accepted.
2. Fare structure: a. The fare will be determined based on the distance travelled and time taken. b. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, and airport pickups. c. Fare estimates can be provided upon request. We require upfront payment for all trips, unless agreed otherwise.
Additional charges:
· Driver will wait 5 minutes then there will be an additional charge of 0.40p per minute
· Should the cost of diesel exceed £1.70 there will be an additional charge of £2.00
· Soilage charge – £100
· Airport and clean air zones charges – £5
· Central London congestion charge – £15
3. Payment: a. Payment can be made in cash or through the approved digital payment methods. b. corporate accounts may be set up for businesses upon request. c. Invoices for corporate accounts are to be settled within the agreed timeframe.
4. Cancellation policy: a. Customers can cancel a booking without incurring a charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up. b. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of £5.00. (the price may differ depending on the distance the drive had to travel)
5. Passenger conduct: a. Passengers are expected to treat drivers with respect. b. Any form of abusive behaviour, intoxication, or damage to the vehicle will result in refusal of service and additional charges of £100.00. (the price may differ depending on the distance the drive had to travel)
6. Lost items: a. The company is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. b. Passengers are advised to check the vehicle before disembarking.
7. Vehicle conditions: a. The company ensures that all vehicles are regularly maintained and comply with safety standards. b. Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the responsible party.
8. Delays/cancellation: a. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances. b. In the event of cancelation, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative transportation.
9. Privacy policy: a. The company respects passenger privacy and adheres to data protection regulations. b. Passenger information is used solely for the purpose of providing the taxi service.
10. Complaints and feedback: a. Customers can submit complaints or feedback via email. b. The company will investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Amendments to terms and conditions: a. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
